Sanctuary is a place of meditation where I seek patience, strength, courage and discernment. It is a place of comfort and rejuvenation.
The power of 3 represents my body, mind and spirit. My body rests and heals; my mind reviews and learns, my spirit seeks the wisdom to know what I can and can’t change. The power of 3 also represents my family, friends and the Spiritual guidance I receive. I find love, support and validation here.
